Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

Aurélien is very friendly and attentive. He did his best to have access to the listing at the time that worked for me. Her apartment is very nice, very quiet and the views are magnificent. Would recommend without hesitation

What a delightful stay at Bettina's charming cozy cottage. Bettina is a very welcoming and warm host. The cottage is truly a special place, with a wonderful layout. It's been modernized while keeping so many of the wonderful characteristics of an old country home. The common area is large, with lots places to relax. My grandchildren loved the hammock and all the puzzles and games. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and all of the unusual artistic touches throughout. The location is superb - tucked away in the hills of Ardeche - a bucolic setting. The flowers, birds, fields, and stream at that bottom of the hill were a pleasure. What a relaxing, beautiful stay! Nice and spacious house. In this season we enjoyed the fireplace and the large volumes of this old farmhouse. In summer the terrace and the barefoot trail must be very pleasant. Thanks to the hosts for their friendly hosting and responsiveness. We had a lovely stay at your place.

We felt very much at home in the accommodation of Cyril and Karine. Everything is more than described, from the kitchen, bedrooms to the bathroom. We were very warmly welcomed upon arrival by the parents, who were happy to explain to us. Despite the less good weather..., we greatly enjoyed the tranquility during our stay. In addition, large shops are available 15 minutes away and delicious bakeries in the area. Recommended for everyone! From couples to families. If we get the chance, we will definitely come back!

We spent a night with Christiane and were very satisfied with the welcome, the quality of the accommodation and its environment. the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The private terrace and access to the swimming pool are a big plus.
