The house includes: – A living area with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine), a high dining table, a sofa bed (120x195 cm mattress) and a TV. – One bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) – A shower room with toilet Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests or optional cleaning package available for €50.

We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

Ideally located, the house is near Landerneau (contemporary art foundation, inhabited bridge) a few minutes from the VE connecting Brest to Rennes, you can travel to visit the tip of Finistère: the Crozon peninsula, the bay of Morlaix, Quimper, Brest... Independent entrance and veranda, outdoor socket for electric vehicle (7 euros per charge). Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)
