Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

We welcome you to the "Domaine du Moulin à Vent" gîte for a relaxing and well-being stay with your partner, friends or family ... Enjoy the private Jacuzzi and hammam as you wish, as well as an enclosed garden with trees of 6000 m². For your comfort the whole cottage is air conditioned. We also provide the household linen, the necessary to start your stay (toilet paper, oil, sugar, salt, etc ...) cleaning is also included in the service (except kitchen area).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Welcome to SANCOINS in Cher in Berry, we offer you a very nice air-conditioned studio for 2/4 people (1 couple and 2 children or 2 couples or 4 friends) we welcome you in our large townhouse on Place du Commerce in Sancoins. This studio has a 140 X 190 bed, a quality sofa bed for 2 children according to your choice, very well equipped kitchenette and dining area, totally independent, the stairs are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nice 82 m2 single-story cottage in old farmhouse located in a pleasant and relaxing setting in the countryside on the edge of the village (200 m). The cottage is located on the grounds of our property in a quiet, restored, fully-equipped, independent old barn with Wi-Fi. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing all on a large shared green space. 8 km from the town of Sancoins, all shops.

Paraize Castle

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.
