Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

Ideal for fishing enthusiasts with one of the most popular fishing areas, directly in front of the chalet. 5 min by boat from the very legendary Lac St-Jean. Possibility to leave your boat at the dock. Close to outdoor trails and snowmobile trails. 7 km from downtown and road biking, 13 km from the Zoo and 20 km from the Tobo-Ski Club.

You'll have access to the 5km of trails in our wood-burning lot as well as 2km from the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. Guests can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. N.B. For the winter season, there will be no running water. I brought you clean water for the toilet, the shower and drinking. Great for 2 people.
