Cottage Les Marroniers is a part of La Mas de la Citadelle, an 18th century Provençal farmhouse, lovingly transformed and renovated. It’s surrounded by amazing countryside, Provençal hills and forest, yet only a short walk to the town centre. It’s truly a perfect location. Sisteron is a magical place called “The pearl of Haute Provence”. Situated on the border of Provence and the Alps, heaven for hikers, bikers, runners, walkers, swimmers as well a nature, food, history and art lovers.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Located at the start of hiking trails and 2 minutes from the Grand Puy resort, this accommodation will satisfy all mountain lovers. Sanka, the house dog, is big and impressive. Very nice, it is still advisable to like the company of dogs. You will have the pleasure of eating fresh eggs from the house's chicken farm. Terrace and comfortable garden

Peaceful setting, mountain views, many activities: skiing , snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, kayaking... Heated pool 500 meters away. Close to 2 ski resorts (10km) Near village and all amenities (restaurants, bakery, Intermarché, electric terminal) No TV but WiFi. We do not provide bed sheets, duvet covers and towels.

You also have raclette and fondue sets available for your winter or summer evenings!

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
