The stay at Sonia's went very well. Quiet, pleasant and easy to access environment thanks to several bus lines. There are small convenience stores, the place is comfortable and the bed is great! I have fond memories of my week in Déville. Small tips for future travelers: there were small flaps of kitchen knives and economical knives so having a Swiss knife/Opinel is not insignificant. For the rest, Sonia is a very nice, accommodating and caring person. I recommend it:)

1 night spent at Anne-Sophie's in the middle of Armada weekend and to visit Rouen. Very good location, Accommodation in the city center a few steps from the right bank. Accommodation where we have been for 4 adults and 1 baby. Clean, functional, optimized. The least convenient is the bathroom in the bedroom, but this is just a detail. Well-equipped accommodation, kitchen level, bathroom with hairdryer, bed and towels provided as well as everything you need for baby and the crib is present. Given the heat, Anne-Sophie provided us with a fan, thank you so much! Welcoming, helpful and friendly host, both in writing and in real life. We recommend ++

Very nice stay. Impeccable accommodation, faithful to the photo. Everything is available to be in comfort. This home is near the city center by car, easy to access with the tram. Around the place a lot of fast food, Super U and great fresh. David was very responsive, and gave good advice to visit Rouen. I would definitely recommend this place, which is also pet-friendly. We had a perfect week! My family and I will come back without hesitation! I hope to see you soon! Joan

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.
