Apartment with a small surface area but excellent surface area optimization! It has everything! We spent one night with family (7) and it was impeccable. A terrace that we were able to enjoy even in mid-November. Close to the beach... no complaints

We spent the week at Pascal's, very welcoming, available and human host. He advised us on our trips. The accommodation is clean and well located, 5 min from the train station and 10 min from the city center. Everything is impeccable. Small downside: you feel that the couch has lived well😅. Cyndie is a lovely person with beautiful touches. When we arrived she was waiting for us, showed us around and had planned to put all the dangerous things at height for the safety of our little boy. The apartment is clean, quiet and totally secure. What a pleasure to let our children frolic from the house outside without any risk. Even breakfast was available in the accommodation. We had a lovely stay at this cottage, perfectly maintained, well-equipped, and tastefully renovated/decorated. Florence, very welcoming, was good advice for our arrival and for her tourist recommendations. We particularly enjoyed the cirque de moureze, the village of Villeneuvette, the Lac du Salagou and the surrounding cellars. Excellent stay! We'll be back.

"Les cabanes des Aresquiers" is an atypical quiet and relaxing place. We were hosted very well by Maxime. We particularly enjoyed the small terrace by the pond with, in the evening, its flamingos. In short, a very good stay with friends.

Excellent welcome from the owners, with information on the sites of Sète and especially the itinerary to walk to the city center. The rental is spacious, clean, as described and is located in a very green and peaceful area of Mont Saint Clair that overlooks the sea. We would recommend it without a problem.

We highly recommend Villa Vega. The house is charming and comfortable, well laid out and well-equipped and the neighborhood very friendly. It is well located, in a quiet alley and yet close to shops and a few meters from the beach. We had a great time there.

We spent 15 days in Christian's house. Christian's welcome and availability given our change of arrival time is great. The house is very nice and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious, the living room pleasant even if we spent more time on the terrace. The garage where you can put 2 cars is a plus because street parking is very popular. The location is good, close to the center and the port but quiet. We would recommend this listing.

We spent a few days in Philippe's apartment and were delighted with our stay! The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and above all it is super well located! We were able to do everything on foot, it was very nice. Philippe is a welcoming host, available and very kind! The instructions were very clear which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will not hesitate to return to visit Philippe and rent his studio again. PS: The view is super beautiful!

I stayed here for about 3.5 months and I had the best stay! Compared to other apartments in France this was the best one ! It was so clean , close to the tram, spacious and overall nice. It took about 35 minutes to university , 10 minutes ( walk+tram) to comedy. It has a gate outside and double locks which felt safe. The area was quiet and close by grocery store, Auchan (10 min walk) and super U (18 min walk). Would definitely recommend ! And Mathias has been the best and most helpful host throughout the whole stay!
