Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Come and enjoy the area in this small stone house located in the countryside, in Sottevast, Cotentin peninsula, almost equidistant from the 3 coasts: Cherbourg and La Hague, Barneville-Carteret and the landing beaches. 5 minutes' drive to all shops. Ground floor: 30 m2 living room with stove and well-equipped kitchen + washing machine / Wi-Fi Upstairs: 1 bedroom + bathroom (shower, toilet). Sunny, quiet terrace with barbecue + sunny and shaded garden with deckchairs.

Close to the landing sites, in the heart of the Marais Park, you will have every opportunity to discover the wonders of our region (Côte des Havres, La Hague, Val de Saire...) without forgetting our pretty little village. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
