Appartement tout équipé, cuisine salle de douche, Wc ,deux chambres. Au deuxième étage d’une maison villa, l’entrée est commune avec les propriétaires vivants au Rez de chaussée. Situé face à la mer, logement refait à neuf correspondant plutôt pour un couple avec deux enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée mais n est pas très grande , le coin salon avec tv est équipé d un canapé 2 places . A 20 mn à pied du centre ville et 2 min à pied de la plage, également proche de toutes commodités .
