Paddleboard and 2-seater inflatable kayak available. Renovation in 2023. Master suite with corner bathtub, connected TVs with Canal+ & Netflix, electric fireplace, gas barbecue, 2 terraces + garden, Alexa connected speaker... Possibility to rent another adjoining cottage for 4 people.

Charming cottage for 4 people, heated pool, Arzal

On the banks of the Vilaine, a short walk to the dam and port of Arzal, accommodation with 2 bedrooms + living room/kitchen+ bathroom in a charming 17th century farmhouse. Large wooded garden (4500 m2) and heated indoor pool (12 x 6 m) in service from 4/1 to 10/15/21. At the edge of the water (access hold to the Vilaine, dock from April to October): Canoeing, sailing, fishing... Furnished is not wheelchair accessible

nice house near the salt marshes (Ty for two)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
