Come and discover our newly commissioned cottage combining the old and the modern. Let yourself be seduced by the magnificent exposed beams of the period but also by the elegant and warm atmosphere in which we wanted to immerse you. You will also have the opportunity to request our "breakfast" basket for 9 euros per person (croissant/chocolate bread, baguette, coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam, juice). Sheets and towels are provided. The garden and outdoor games are accessible.

With family or friends, come and relax in this 90 m2 single-storey farmhouse in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the fields. This friendly and equipped house will welcome you with its 2 bedrooms + quality sofa bed, private enclosed outdoor spaces, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, wood stove, internet box and TV. You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Our gîte 'Au soleil levant', classified as a 4-star 'Meublé de tourisme' (self-catering holiday accommodation), was fully renovated in 2024 and will delight you with the quality of its facilities. You will feel at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first gîte, 'Aux 3 Ruisseaux', in 2021, we opened this second gîte in 2025. The cottage sleeps 8.

Peaceful Belvédère de Loire

Le 248 Riverside is the former Café de la Rabotière, which was completely renovated by an architect and interior designer in 2020, and then extended with the addition of the belvedere in 2026. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Loire. The accommodation is dual-aspect with two magnificent terraces. One on the Loire side and one on the garden side.
