With family or friends, come and relax in this 90 m2 single-storey farmhouse in an old farmhouse, in the middle of the fields. This friendly and equipped house will welcome you with its 2 bedrooms + quality sofa bed, private enclosed outdoor spaces, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, wood stove, internet box and TV. You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training venue. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16 th century water mill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

70 m² house with garden – Montreuil-Juigné

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

Gite "Au soleil levant" - 8 people - 3 bedrooms

Our new gîte, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, has been completely renovated and will delight you with the quality of its amenities. You'll feel right at home. The cottage has a ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM). After opening our first cottage "Aux 3 ruisseaux" in 2021, we are opening this 2nd cottage in 2025: "Au soleil levant". The cottage sleeps 8.
