The House is close to the beach (1.8 km) (20mm walk)and Le Bourg (500 m).You will appreciate this accommodation for its layout, its amenities. Small detached house with barbecue and private garden that is safe for children and animals and where you can park your vehicule. 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and toilets including 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor which allows to preserve its intimacy. For your pleasure, do not hesitate to light the fireplace with insert but, nevertheless very nice.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located, the sea just in front of the house will offer you the tranquility you are looking for. Fully fenced, you can enjoy two southwest-facing terraces with barbecue. House with two bedrooms with double bed, a mezzanine offering two beds, a dining room, a living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Attached garage. Cosy, rural, comfortable apartment plus terrace.

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Family home in the countryside/by the sea

Longère located in a quiet and green hamlet of the Cotentine countryside and close to the sea (a few km from the beaches of Portbail-sur-mer). It has a 600 m2 wooded and flowered garden, a pergola and a large terrace to enjoy a southwest-facing sunbath, a petanque court and a sauna. Possibility of extending to 7-8 beds (2 sofa beds) Beyond a consumption of 50kwh per day, the kW will be invoiced at the price of 20 cents (excluding sauna).

Our house will seduce you with its charm and tranquility. You can rest on the west-facing terrace until sunset, without anyone opposite you, listening to the birds singing. The sea is 3 km away, and you will be seduced by its harbor, a magnificent daily spectacle as well as the beautiful sandy beaches that surround it. Beautiful hikes await you along the GR that goes around our peninsula, bike or boat rides to the Jersey Islands.

Comfortable and fully renovated small house sleeping 2-4 people (a queen bed + a sofa bed + small crib). Located in Le Mesnil, small quiet and pleasant village located about 5km from Portbail and the first beaches. Many tourist activities nearby: several sandy beaches, walks, fishing ... Furnished and equipped kitchen, room, bathroom with shower and toilet, TV lounge with sofa bed and armchair and one bedroom with toilet.

Nestled in the hills, our newly created cottage welcomes you. Feet in the water (1.5 km from the shore), quiet, in a green setting, your stay will be comfortable. You can take walks, bike rides, or go by car or boat to discover or rediscover Cotentin.

Welcome to our charming wooden studio of 25 m² "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage" decorated with care. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail beach, this self-catering home offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on private land where our family house is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.
