Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

We had a great time at Eve's place! The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for resting and relaxing by the pool. In addition, Eve was very accommodating for check-in , which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

Great Christmas stay, we did not have the chance to meet the little family but enjoyed the accommodation, which is functional. The pool is a real plus, and the perfect location for us.

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

Loved my stay at Line and Pascal's! Very responsive and welcoming hosts. The apartment, well equipped and perfectly arranged, is in a peaceful and secure setting! Private parking inside the residence is a real plus! Highly recommend... and most importantly, I'll be back with pleasure!

Corinne is very nice, the apartment is well located, next to a 24-hour gas station and restaurants 👌 there was work in front but not at all disturbing. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I recommend it and the price is very very affordable

We spent a night in this place. It is functional, well equipped with a pleasant terrace. Communication with Frédéric was easy. On the other hand, the bed is a sofa bed a little in its juice, not super comfortable. Good place for a stop in Noumea.

Serge was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on our arrival. Ideally located accommodation with everything within walking distance, pleasant residence with shared garden ( full of beautiful parakeets in the trees!), quiet despite the location in the city center. The apartment is well-equipped, pleasant, clean. I would highly recommend it!

The location is great. Walking distance from Nouméa's best beaches, and lots of restaurants. The apartment is spacious, well equiped and clean. Worth the price. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The only minor points were a bed too soft to our liking, and for example, old empty olive oil bottle in the cupboard. A great stay overall.

We have spent several weeks in this wonderful apartment, perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. It is located on the seventh floor, which is also the last floor of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and comfortable bed linen. You have a 180 degree view of Anse Vata beach from the large terrace! The spectacular view where you can see the Kitesurfers on the left and the Windsufers on your right. There is also a garage and a specific place belonging to the apartment where you can park the car and an elevator from the garage up to the apartment. The entire building is secure. Very calm. A strong WiFi. This apartment is absolutely to be recommended. The host a very nice person. Responds and helps with everything you need. We thank him and his team for an incredible stay!

We had a great two day stay at Marie's apartment. The accommodation is clean, well-appointed, quiet and conveniently located, close to beaches and shops. Everything went wonderfully, even if we didn't meet in person: the communication with Marie via messaging was fluid, clear and very warm. Élisabeth is in every way a very attentive "Super Host", very attentive and caring. Very anxious to know that everything was going well for me when I arrived, she allowed me to have a great stay. The linens are changed every week and the access to the pool is very nice. A very well located apartment 5 min from shops and 10 min from the city center by car. I would recommend this "ultra-functional" home where nothing is missing, a real cozy nest in a zen tropical garden. Thanks again for everything "Babeth".

As a couple we had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's apartment. An initial glitch, due to AirBnb translator saying keys and not a white access card, like at a hotel, gave us an initial 10 mins of frantic searching on a midnight arrival. So beware the translation! 😁 I don't think the photos do the place justice. it's very big and spacious with lovely furnishings. The balcony at the front is very big, with a large dinig table, to eat,drink and watch the sunset, the balcony at the back sees the sunrise 😍 The king bed is so comfortable, the aircon keeps it cool. Very quiet all around the other apartments. We walked to many local restaurants as there's a large wide promenade that mainly them accessible. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. There's a gem of a restaurant that we visited regularly for dinner, called Chai de l'Hippodrome and its 5 mins away. Vanessa's kitchen had quality pans to cook with, which I really appreciated as someone who does cook. We'll definitely come back!

10-day stay in Noumea in this home. Excellent time. Charming garden. Feeling safe. Quiet. Impeccable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and "small food" (salt, pepper, nescafé...). With a bottle of fresh water in the fridge upon arrival, I would have given a sixth star! 😅
