Please note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep on the last two floors, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

We rent our studio (30 m2) + terrace (8 m2), located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator, authentic old building) in a small pedestrian street of Le Panier in Marseille. Village atmosphere, 3-minute walk to the Old Port, Mucem, Major Cathedral, and 5 minutes to the Vieille Charité Museum. Very pleasant, bright, quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, functional studio. Place de Lenche, with its small restaurants and excellent ice cream shop is less than 1 min away.
