The Hirondelles studio offers the quietness of the countryside. 2 km from the “Seine-Eure by bike” circuit, this independent cottage offers a cozy and bright 26 m² studio for two people. The small quiet house at the end of the landscaped garden is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. This unique space is composed of a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom with toilet and a large patio with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather.

The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.
