This is our second time staying with Christophe and Chantal, and we highly recommend this lovely studio with stunning ocean views, all well-equipped and quiet. We appreciated their kindness, responsiveness and small touches, as well as the parking space and bikes available to us. We'll go back for sure! 😀

Very nice apartment, located 10 min from the beach & 15 min walk from the city center. Clean, very well equipped (oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine). Private parking. Very pleasant and responsive host. We'll definitely be back next year 😀

We had a great time. Hosted by Alain and his wife who are very friendly and gave us all the necessary explanations. The apartment is very nice, bright, and the ocean view is a big plus. It is in a very good location, close to all activities, shops and restaurants. The bedding is very good and the rooms are quiet. There is everything you need in the apartment and it's really nice. Not insignificant private parking space in a neighborhood where everything pays off. Really delighted with these few days in St Nazaire in this apartment! Thanks again to Alain and his wife!

We recommend this place 100%: Nicolas is very available and his directions are very clear. It offers a very well appointed and very clean accommodation. The accommodation is ideally located: at the foot of the beach, 500 m from Le Croisic train station and the bike rental company. We did not use our car for our entire stay: we did everything by bike, as the area is very well arranged in bike paths. Walk on the port of Le Croisic, the wild coast, Batz sur mer, St Michel beach, Guénolé tower, mini golf, Le Pouliguen by the wild coast, Pen Bron, ... To be done again! And soon!

Positive points: • Host available: Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times! • Small well-appointed accommodation with all the necessary amenities and conveniences. • 500 m from the beach. • Always space nearby to park. • New heating and easy to use. • Built-in bed and excellent mattress! • Wifi Cons: There aren't really any! But if we had to put something to improve the service. • The mattress of the sofa bed is of poor quality. • Not the 23 basic channels on the TV. And the TV is not well placed to be watched from the sofa or bed. • La Baule is large, a little out of the way from the city center, but it's not really a negative point because it allows you to be more peaceful. The whole family recommends this home!

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment where we enjoyed the setting, the cleanliness and where nothing was missing. The beach is within walking distance and the swimming pools in the residence are a big plus. Laure is very welcoming and the end-of-stay cleaning included in the service is appreciated.

We had a great time in this very nice and well located apartment. The terrace offers beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing. Communication with the owner was simple, fast and efficient. Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort.
