The house of about 80 sqm is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall from which you can access the living room with fireplace and the kitchen. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. One room offers the possibility to turn the double bed into two single beds. Those interested must inform in advance. The house has a private garden. The house is equipped with everything you need. The house has no common areas with other guests except the parking lot.

The train station is 3 km away with trains to Florence (3 trains per hour) Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio (2 trains per hour). Next to the station there is a paid parking lot. The Pistoia mountains (Abetone) are a 1-hour drive away

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. The flat is a self-contained part of the farmhouse, with its own entrance and all the necessary amenities. Located in a rural area surrounded by woods and hills, it offers a relaxing atmosphere in close contact with nature. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's worth it!
