Nice flat in the heart of a catalan little town

In a narrow cobblestone street of Céret, some steps from the restaurants of Place des Neufs Jets and less than five minutes walk from the Museum of Modern Art and from the cafés on the "Promenade". We are at 28 km from the nearest sandy beaches in Argeles, 34 km from Collioure and its rocky coast and 15 km from the cross-border town of Le Perthus. A good location too for mountain and walking lovers as we are surrounded by nice sunny mountains and not far from our "Canigou", a beautiful 2 784 m.

Les pieds dans l’eau, l’appartement est aussi proche de toutes commodités. Au RDC d’une résidence calme. Classé. Linge fourni (literie + toilette). TV WIFI. 2 chambres. Lit et chaise bb. Very luminous studio with large patio and stunning sea view 5 minutes from the beach. Public parking on the street and free wifi. Perfect for 2 people wishing enjoy Costa Brava. It is provided with air conditioning. The area is very quiet without any night noises. It is located at 5mins from the gorgeous Canyelles Playa. Bedsheets towels table cloths are included. The patio is provided with umbrella table chairs and sunchairs and is perfect to enjoy a nice dinner with view on Roses bay.

It is a paradise for people who love outdoors, the area is famous for its bike paths and numerous hiking trails. Ideally situated between the best beaches on the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees mountains. The house is from 16 Century and we have been renovating it for the past year without destroying an old charm!
