La Gage is a large waterfront estate dating from 1900, located 2 steps from the large sandy beach of Saint-Brevin-l'Océan and the city center. In its wooded garden, with a secure swimming pool, accommodation of 2 adjoining outbuildings are offered for rent: one of 25 m² and the other of 15 m² each offering a bedroom and a shower room. A large, well-equipped sheltered outdoor kitchen is at your disposal on the adjoining terrace between the 2 maisonettes.
