Furnished studio located on the first floor of the residence where I live in Bruz (10 minutes south of Rennes) fully equipped, 23 m2 (toilet located in the hallway 2 m from the studio entrance), 2 minutes' drive from the Kerlann campus, 5 minutes from the exhibition park and close enough to shops; bus stop 200 m away. Finally, noting that the most uncompromising people are those on vacation or on weekends, I only want to receive people who come for work or are in training... A good listener :-)

Upstairs is a double bed, shower cabin and sink. A mattress can be added if the accommodation accommodates more than 2 people. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave, fridge and other utensils (plates, cutlery, etc.) at your disposal. All types of shops and some restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property.

Independent accommodation of 40 m2 located in a quiet area, in the countryside. It is 20 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from the sea (St Malo or Vannes), and a few minutes from Brocéliande. Hiking trails from the house. Parking just in front of the accommodation. Our house is located 50 m away if needed. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Possibility of renting baby equipment (baby bed, booster, etc.). No Wi-Fi, but the internet works with your phone. No TV channels but DVDs.
