The own house floor with a separate entrance includes the use of two hectares of meadow - with direct access to the forest. This enables free movement and relaxation at any time, without mask or other restrictions. Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.
