We offer this nice 45 m2 studio in Porto Vecchio on private property. Ideally located since it is 1 min from the city center, 1 min from the health course and close to the beaches. You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 160 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.

A large private swimming pool at the residence is added to this setting. It is a few meters, on foot, from the sea. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, etc.).
