This was my third stay as I was working in the near area. Everything worked out perfect for me and this location. The house was exactly what I need.

You won’t regret staying in this comfy space. It feels like a family cabin, ready for relaxation. There’s also adventure for curious kids, wildlife to watch in the yard, & so many trails for the avid hiker! 2 playgrounds are close by, the grist mill was quite interesting, & we only wish we had saved more time from our trip to spend AT the cabin enjoying it ☺️

Little House on the Prairie sits right in the heart of the Nachusa Grasslands and has become one of our most treasured destinations for a peaceful and pristine get-away. The home is super comfortable with a large open concept kitchen / family room with great views of the Grassland and it's resident herds of bison. The beds are extremely comfortable and you truly have all you need for a cozy retreat. Thanks again to Earl and Patricia for another 5-Star experience! Best Wishes, Kevin and Annie

Perfect for traveling with family. Charming and just as described on site. I would definitely revisit the next time in the area.
