Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Leeward Islands

We stayed for six nights, and we were very satisfied with our time here. Our check-in went very smoothly. Barthelemy and Nathalie were wonderful checking us in as well as checking in with us throughout our time when we had questions. They are amazing people. This place is close to the water. One observation is that the street can get a bit noisy from time to time with street traffic. Amazing value

We loved staying in the house. Especially enjoyed the backyard and garden, nice evenings watching the sunset from the dock. Would love to visit again

Like many reviews before ours, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos! An immediate wow effect and serenity that invades you! As well as being beautiful, the house is well thought out, there is everything you need in the space. Despite very heavy rains (orange vigilance), we were able to enjoy our stay. Mirella and Petero are very nice, they helped us bread during the thunderstorm and I thank them again! The view is splendid, we were able to see the fish and even a skate from the house!

Very tidy, clean and comfortable place. Milenas parents are so sweet. They prepared plate of fruit, some snacks and water for us. Private place with all amenities and facilities.

Sam and Toriki are wonderful hosts and this is a perfect place to stay for people who like to swim, snorkel or kayak and read or and chill in a perfect and simple place. It’ an unbelievably beautiful location and it’s for those who want to get back to nature. Provisioning in town is easy to do; so is going off the motu to Fare or Avea Bay for a lunch or dinner out if you have a rental car at their mainland pier, which I heartily recommend. It was hot in late December and there’s no AC but you just jump in the water to cool off. There are plenty of clean linens and towels. The bed was comfortable and the showers are great, inside and on the beach. Loved every moment of our stay.

We have an amazing stay at Anaïs and Lino's place. The bungalow is very well appointed, pleasant, well located with a very nice view of the bay and agricultural plots. The meals prepared by Anaïs are delicious. We can't wait to stay in Huahine again to stay at Anaïs and Lino's place.

Anna is very kind, the apartment was amazing, very clean. The beds, sheets, towels, everything, a very nice aroma. From my bedroom I could see my children playing and swimming in the pool. There's a magnificent jacuzzi. My children had dinner with Anne and her husband, both very friendly and the food was exquisite. Breakfast was the best, the food was a mix between Tahiti and France. Waking up in the morning was magnificent, with a beautiful sunrise that I could see from my room and the balcony. There are beds on the seashore to rest, plenty of space for a lot of people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, which is perfect because it's sometimes very hot in Polynesia. Perfect internet access. A silence and tranquility where we could hear the sea all the time and that kept me very relaxed. Important point, this pension also rents cars and this is very practical. The guesthouse is very close to the airport and with many restaurants and pizzerias nearby. We'll be back soon.

Everything is super organized. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Even a washing machine. In the accommodation you can use the bikes, kayaks and snorkels for free. The host also helps with the tour booking. Clear recommendation!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

We only stayed there for a night. It was difficult to find an open restaurant around the area since it was a Sunday, but the host was very nice. Our previous hotel dropped us at the wrong location, she was nice enough to drive 30mins to pick us up and have her colleague to drop us off at the Air Tahiti ferry at 6:15am.

One of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. An unforgettable stay for the whole family that will remain long as oustanding souvenir. Kids loved jumping in the water from the pier just across the road, easy ride to the shop by bike to get a fresh baguette in the morning, and so much to see and do around the island! You can go there eyes closed for a great stay, we would love to come back some time in the future!

gregorie and anais are very welcoming, easily do a service. very nice view from its garden on the motus and borabora. the grocery store next door is convenient. i recommend it 100%.

I had a lovely stay at Amina's! The accommodation is very clean and new. Access to the pool and terrace is a real plus for relaxing at the end of the day. I recommend it!

We have a small though upon arrival. The floor of the listing is simply cleaned with a sweep. No mop so the floor was stained. very functional accommodation, nice view of the lagoon. Thank you to Tasha for her kindness and reactivation following the problems encountered in the apartment.

We had a great stay at Huahine Beach House! It’s located in the absolutely best possible location in Huahine. The house is right on the nicest strip of beach sand in the area with good snorkeling just steps from the house. It’s only a few minute walk to the small town for restaurants and groceries. We particularly liked the Chinese food and the fried chicken chunks from the food truck at the dock. Izzy’s burgers was great too and the owner was super friendly. As for our space ( Maeva) at the beach house, I’ve never had AC so unbearably cold that we continuously had to turn it down! The place fit our needs perfectly. The owner was on site at times and was a wonderful person who is so friendly and helpful. I think I’ll miss his funny laugh the most. Thank you for the great memories!

Great location with water view and host is very responsive and helpful.

Accommodation in a good location, fully equipped (kitchen, living room and shower room). Shops, restaurants, dock, car rental agency.. within 5 minutes. Host very responsive to messages and very accommodating (check in earlier and check out later).

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful oasis outside out of the city. Beautiful private beach and lovely rooms. You can kayak to many places. This is truly a great value. Best to shop at the supermarket and cook. You can also order burgers and steak frites from a restaurant nearby. Also best to rent a car as it's about 45 minutes from the airport. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend to everyone !

We had a great time at this lodge with a beautiful pool and faré with views of Mount Otemanu. The local host gave us some great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We highly recommend it!
