The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

"La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Federica has created a PRIVATE area immersed in the tranquility of nature, ideal for unwinding. You'll find the Skyroom, a tiny house with windows overlooking the lake, complete with a retractable transparent roof for admiring the sky. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.
