Had the most amazing stay with Nina. she is so welcoming and the place is so spacious. You will definitely need to have scooters or a car to get to any of the climbing crags, so would recommend organising that before you arrive. Otherwise it was perfect, super peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the great view.

Isodora's place is exceptional. It is very pleasant to live in even if there is a wall that cuts off the view a little. Depending on the direction of the wind, it is always possible to swim. There are a 100 groin of steps to reach it but it's not a bother. If you like peace and quiet, you have to come here. For us it was perfect.

Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

A wonderful experience. Back in Patmos after almost 30 years, Nina and Stavros made us feel as if nothing had changed. If you like it quiet, pastoral and gorgeous, Diakofti is the place to be. On one side of the istm, amazing sandy beaches, wild or organized, all in a 15 mns walk. On the other the quietest pebble beach in the island, nevermore than two or three persons in a 500 mts bay with amazing submarine life. The garden and wineyards are delightful to be for a day of rest at home. A real pleasure…

We had a wonderful stay. The house was off the beaten track and incredibly peaceful, with beautiful views. It had everything we needed, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location - close to both restaurants and mountains, perfect for climbers!

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! This AIRBNB was the highlight of our trip - total magic. We enjoyed the peace and isolation - nestled at the northern tip of the island. The view is surreal! The host Thanasis is a kind soul and communication was effortless.

Villa Sophia is a rare gem and exceeds expectations. Panos’ stewardship over the property is unmatched. He goes above and beyond any typical host and ensures a peaceful and welcomed stay. I hosted a wedding for 13 people and the enjoyment we had seemed limitless. This is the perfect place to host a small wedding, event, retreat or vacation. I 100% recommend staying in Pàtmos with Panos, it enriches the experience.

Daniel has created a beautiful, soulful and inspiring home that welcomed us as family and provided us with a total escape on a stunning island with unspoilt beaches, warm locals and amazing food. Heaven! We miss it already!

very nice stay in Grikos, from the terrace is possible to have a wonderful view of the Grikos's bay. the pool is very amazing and a big plus. the apartment is cozy and very clean. it is good for a couple.

Very nice villa with great view to the sea, nice and comfortable rooms, the internals are tastly furnitured as well as the outdoor terrace. Kitchen fully equipped and spacious. 5 minutes walk to the charming central square in Chora village 'Platia' and with 5 minutes car/scooter you reach quickly both Skala Port and Grycos Bay, Petra Beach etc... the location of the Villa couldn't be in better position. last but not least Maria and Anna were our fantastic hosts, very caring and attentive to our needs. Great persons and friends. thank you both for the warm welcome to Patmos.

just fabulous. the house is a dream. a nice hike but totally doable (i am over 75). super clean and pleasant. wind in the trees at night and no light pollution. milky way and stars. we loved the house. patmos has lots to offer: restaurants, beaches, nice coves, but nothing like the stars above alexandra's house, the sense of peace. We loved the short walk to Lefke's beach for the sunset. we just loved the house, the person (george) who help carry the suitcase up to the house. there were bottles of water waiting for us. my friend and i carried two bottles every time we went back home, and all was easy. five stars.

Chrysanthi's house is a small, peaceful and authentic paradise. Typical Greek house tastefully decorated. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the fields and the sea below. Chrysanthi is a very dedicated host who gave us some great tips for discovering the island. Recommended.

We had an amazing time at Tiia's house. It is located in a very quiet place, close to many climbing areas. The house has everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay at Marias place. The sunrise in the morning are breathtaking!

If, like us, you like somewhere simple, clean and unpretentious in a quiet little fishing village then it's perfect. A few metres to the sea for the first swim of the day in the calm sheltered water of Grikos harbour while a fisherman sorts his catch on the quay, then breakfast on the veranda before an easy and pretty 4 km walk to Psili Ammos beach (wonderful) or catch the bus up to Hora and walk back down the hill on the old path, or just bask and read on the veranda taking the occasional further swim in the bay, and then supper in one of the 4 tavernas around the bay. Perfect!

Beautiful home, stunning views, will book again soon. Hosts were lovely people, very responsive, packed the frig with delicious foods and snacks, very hospitable.

Absolutely beautiful place, right in the middle of the port and the town. Want to stay again and see the cat too!! x
