Frosta - unique location by the fjord

Recharge in this unique place, a stone's throw from the sea. Here you can swim, fish, make trips, sign up for a diving course, or shop from Frosta's kitchen garden. Take a trip to historic Tautra, see unique birds in the bird sanctuary, or enjoy the night sky with stars and northern lights from the living room. 60 min drive to Trondheim. 40 min to Levanger and Stjørdal/Trondheim airport. We have 4 sleeping places in the winter and 6 from May-October. In summer, two can stay in the boathouse. Close to boat rental and pilgrimage trail!

Mirror suite with private sauna

The mirror suite offers a stay close to nature and with a fantastic view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has a mirror function in two walls. You can see out, but no one can see in. Not even the wild animals, birds, foxes or moose that wander by. You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Arctic dome Hoset

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.

Forbord Dome

"Forbord Dome" er en eksklusiv glampingopplevelse for to personer i hjertet av naturen. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Here you can enjoy the evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on the Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find a jetty and pier right next to the cabin, with good opportunities for fishing with a rod. The apartment is located in a historic house from 1865 with a large garden right next to the fjord and views of Trondheim city. The city center is just a short bus ride away (10 min), and the city park is easily accessible right above the house. Quiet surroundings. One double bed and one single bed, room for 3 persons. Our cozy log cabin with large terrace has a great view of Åsenfjorden. It is located in a nice area for fishing and outdoor activities. The cabin is fully equipped with shower and water toilet. You can drive all the way up to the cabin.
