Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. Enjoyed it here with the whole family, no traffic past the house. If you want accommodation for more than four, it is possible to rent a studio in addition. Possibilities to rent a stable for horses if needed. At Myrabakken you will find beautiful views over Trondheimsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the weather and wind that with its colors changes the landscape. A perfect place for peace and quiet. There is a rich wildlife with both moose and deer around the farm. New cladding has been added and new windows have been installed on the south side of the house and this will also be done on the north side during 2026. We live in the house next door, so just get in touch if you need help with anything.

Charming, newly renovated historical farmhouse

Enjoy a peaceful stay in a tastefully renovated 3-bedroom Trøndelag traditional farmhouse. The house enjoys an excellent location, close to the E6 and railway. A perfect spot for a holiday in the area as both the fjord and the mountains are within a few minute drive. Good possibilities for water sport, skiing and hiking are all nearby. We have an extensive garden with fruit trees and vegetables. Two sea kayaks (a single and a double) can be borrowed for exploring the coast.

My place is by the fjord. You'll love my place because of the location. One house in the courtyard is for rent. My place is good for couples, those traveling alone, and families (with children). My place is a farm with plant production and is located by itself. If you want a quiet place, this is a good choice.
