Downtown is within 5 minutes walking distance, free parking 100m away. All urban infrastructure , such as bakers , fruit and vegetables merchants , supermarket , weekly market (Wednesday and Saturday), doctors, pharmacy , outdoor indoor swimming pool are within 2-10 minutes to walk.

Quiet & bright stay in the center

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. Unfortunately no pets are allowed (allergy).

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
