Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lemon Tree Passage

Lovely stay, thanks Georgina. We found the apartment to be spotless (and we are fussy!), well equipped with thoughtful touches like a beach bag with towels for use during our stay and an info book with recommendations for eating etc. A very short stroll to beach which was lovely. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants very close by but it is also quiet with the bedrooms situated at the back of the apartment. Living area is great and the balcony a lovely spot, the plants are a nice touch and makes it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom is small and the only thing I would change would be to add a little more storage space/ places to put things (in bathroom only) but this was easily solved for us by clearing the cupboard under the sink temporarily (ie; moving the hairdryer and spare toilet rolls elsewhere) then using that to store toiletries during our stay. Georgia was very communicative and proactive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

We had a great weekend at Viv’s apartment. It had a comfy bed, a nice little living area and kitchen and is bright and light. View is of other apartment buildings but that didn’t matter as it’s across the road from the beach and close to cafes and restaurants so great location. Viv was a responsive, friendly host. Would definitely stay here again. 😊

Location is perfect. Amazing view and verandah. Lovely to wake up to and watch the sunset. Super close to the water and walking distance to all restaurants and cafes. Spacious and all amenities you need. Comfy lounge, good tv, modern look. Could do with some new pillows and the shower needs updating (temp regulation not great). Otherwise recommend and would stay here again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Morna Magic! It was our first family holiday with our 5month old. The place was private clean and equipped with all amenities. Location was a stones throw away from the beautiful Birubi Beach and Tomaree National Park Trail making it easy without taking pram etc. Mark was proactive and responsive with all communications. Will definitely come again!

We absolutely loved Annie’s house! We had a peaceful and relaxing stay along with our 2 kittens. The pantry is fully stocked with essentials. It’s 2 mins drive to town proper where Woolworths is. It’s 10 mins drive to salamander shopping centre where you can find Kmart, Aldi, Woolworths etc. it’s 11 mins drive to sand dune where all tourist activities are located such as sand boarding and camel riding. Beach is super close too! If you’re looking for a relaxing and affordable place, this is the place to be!

We stayed at Gails place for an extended period , whilst working in the area, greta central location, Very tidy & modern place, Gail was great with communication Highly recommended

we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

The property was spacious and very clean when we checked in. The view of the ocean from the property was something we all enjoyed. Being so close to the beach also added to the fun. Yong Hui was extremely responsive when we i initially had trouble accessing the property. He was also accommodating of the request for some extra time after 10 am ( usual check out time) to check out as i was feeding my 10 month old. Loved the property and would highly recommend it

I am almost reluctant to write a great review because I would love to selfishly keep this place a secret! A lovely little property, great facilities, easy to keep clean, a nearby walking track and we can bring the dog- what more could you want?! A pristine little beach a short walk away, perfect for little children, stand-up paddle boarding, fishing and those who don’t like waves. When the tide goes out there is not much to do except go searching for Pippi’s, have a siesta, have an aperitivo under the umbrella in the properties lovely little garden or maybe drive into nearby Nelson Bay for shopping or coffee etc. We have already booked for next year!

Home had everything we needed. The little touches of condiments and books/toys for the kids was a lovely touch. Instructions were easy to follow and made check in easy.

A great comfortable stay, everything you need for family with a homely feel. Fresh and clean beds. Puppy was secure and comfortable too. Thank you Rod and Jay for allowing us to share this home.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. It’s like your own private beach oasis right on the doorstep of Blacksmiths Beach and Granny’s Pool. The outdoor dining area was our favourite place to sit and enjoy a quiet breakfast and relax for dinner in complete privacy. The amenities are modern and everything you need - we didn’t want to leave! Easily the best place to stay in Blacksmiths!

This place was incredible! This holiday unit was beautiful, clean, ocean view, spacious and with all the amenities available including the pool and gym- I could not recommend this place enough. Lorraine was nice and really easy to communicate with, Thankyou for letting us stay at your place 😊

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

This was a perfect location and reasonably priced for our group as wedding guests in the Hunter Valley. Easy to access and very clear instructions. Clean space with necessary amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam's place. Loved the large deck - great for kids and adults alike. Everything was as per the description and photos on the website. It is a lovely open plan space. Everything you might need is within walking distance supermarket, bakery, Cafe, Golf Club. Playgrounds and of course the beach and river. Hawks Nest is a beautiful place we will be back.

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Nice place by the sea, though the ocean view was limited. Super close to shops and everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Overall, a great stay!

Thanks so much Mark & Leah for a wonderful stay. The view from this appartment is just stunning and the appartment itself was spacious, spotless and so comfortable for our stay. Bed was super comfy too and despite being right on the front the place was very soundproofed. Mark was very responsive when we were getting in and on the lead up to our stay. Thanks!
