If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay you’ve found it. This Villa has had tons of love poured into it to make our guests feel like they never left home. Complete with a homey living space with a sleeper sofa, games, Smart TV with cable, and a stocked kitchen, you can just enjoy your reason for visiting. We are located near the 198 highway for easy on and off access to the Sequoias. We are also a short drive from the downtown area with lots of local restaurants and shopping.

The river is seasonal. Please ask if important to your stay. I DO NOT HOST ANYONE WHO SMOKES AT ALL. Please do not say you will only smoke outside. I do not want the smell of smoke in my units and smokers bring the smell in on their clothes, hair and skin. This is not the Hilton. No chrome and glass. Not classy, just comfortable and roomy. Relaxing country atmosphere. This is COUNTRY. No traffic. Room to walk or ride bikes. You can relax on the dock even when there is no water.

When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! You are just a short walk away from a family friendly park, and minutes away from downtown Visalia. Close by are Kaweah Health Hospital, Costco and other mainstream dining. The home is also minutes away from State Route 198 which leads you to Sequoia National Park (45 minute drive).

The cottage has gorgeous hardwood floors, two bedrooms, a bath, a dining room, a full kitchen, a living room, and a delightful patio deck for morning coffee or BBQ and drinks.
