Former oil mill turned into a dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom (walk-in shower and 150 cm bathtub) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!

Refurbished 50 m² apartment! Nice, welcoming, you can fully enjoy and relax with its spa and outdoor pool (in high season and heated if the need arises only for a certain period).
