The old mill

Old oil mill converted into a residential house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with enclosed courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room and terrace, living room and toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with dressing room as well as a bathroom (Italian shower and bathtub 150) + toilet. On the top floor, the renovated attic offers a large space with 2 single beds.

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!
