All'interno di un complesso condominiale di prestigio, è suddiviso su due piani ed è dotato di due camere da letto , un bagno , un ingresso,cucina e soggiorno . Dai due terrazzi si può godere una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti e sulla splendida vallata .La fermata Montagnette della linea 436 dell’autobus è a pochi metri dall’ingresso dell’immobile .
