From the moment of arrival we fell in love. The house was beautiful and the surroundings were gorgeous and peaceful. Every detail in the home was set up for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Carmen was so responsive and made the best recommendations according to our interests. She also made reservations for us at local establishments. Our stay was perfect.

Beautiful house! Comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a great few days. Sergio was very attentive from the beginning and was careful that we were happy to communicate every day. In addition, she had the detail to give us some cookies, chucherías for the children, cider and some traditional sweets. It's nice to stay in such a beautiful environment with such a dedicated host. Also her neighbor has been really nice to us and the kids. We have had a fantastic stay and have even been able to do goodbye BBQ. I definitely recommend it 100% and I would come back to continue enjoying Asturias in an area that connects me to my ancestors and the beauty of nature.

It's a lovely house, with everything you need. You sleep like a log because there is no noise, it is a very quiet area and you are close to León Capital. In the neighboring town there is everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc. The service with Mari Jesus has been excellent, always very attentive to give you information about activities that take place in the area. We will definitely be back

A paradisiacal, quiet place,surrounded by greenery. The stay could not be better. Ideal to disconnect and enjoy nature. And then Ramón was very attentive as soon as we mentioned a problemilla came right away to fix it. Recommended to butt.

Maria's apartment is highly recommended. Comfortable, spacious, bright and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the Humid Quarter. We loved the reception and treatment of Maria. All in all a perfect option to enjoy a lovely city. Repeat when we come back.

Very good location. Ideal for getting around the city without taking the car. Despite being central there are no street noises in the apartment because it is interior and gives the stays to three different courtyards, so you can rest very well. Communication with Hugo is great. We had some other setback and some comment to make and at all times she was responding and pending.

The stay was perfect. The flat is fantastic, exactly like the pictures and description. Very clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were excellent, with quick and clear communication at all times. I will definitely repeat. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

Place even better than the pictures! Mayte is a great host and super super recommended. The place is spacious and with an elevator. Just 20 mins walk from the cathedral. The only catch of the area, which is not the floor, is that the parking for motorbikes on the street does not seem to be very well received. When we arrived there was no motorcycle, and at night someone shot the motorcycle that my brother had parked, who was coming with her from Madrid. Motorists: park inside, Mayte has a wonderful garage for it.

The house is super spacious, perfect for large families. Very nice and next to the center of León. Everything is at your feet. Alberto is always pending and explained everything very well. We'll be back for sure. Thank you!

The place is perfect to spend a few days in León, the host always responds and Amaya the girl who is in charge of handing over the keys, always gives facilities. Totally recommended, they always have a welcome touch that is greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Eva María we were able to enjoy this very nice, quiet and clean house. The house in the village is very modern and very nice. Eva Maria is a very friendly person. There was no problem coming with our little dog. Everything was perfect! We want to come again. Perfect temperature in the house with heating in autumn, despite arriving almost without notice.
