The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

A few metres from Villa Colombatti, the manor of Castellerio once stood. You can take beautiful walks in the woods. In the small village, you will also find a stable. Ten minutes from Udine, an hour from the sea, an hour from the mountains. Nearby are San Daniele, Gemona, Venzone and Cividale, fascinating villages to visit.

You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
