(FOR THE MONTHS OF JUNE - AUGUST, SATURDAY CHECKIN ONLY, ALL OTHER MONTHS ANYDAY CHECKIN.) A fantastic luxury house that has the Soca Rover in its back garden. Three gorgeous bedrooms, one bedroom is en suite. Large open plan air conditioned top floor with living area with terrific views, kitchen and dining area. Fabulous large garden and access to the river and "jumping in" spot, enclosed bowling area. Wonderful area to enjoy the Soca Valley, hiking and cycling.

Do you want to relax from your stressful days? Our house in the middle of the woods with magnificent view of the mountains. Hang out by the fire pit and watch the stars. It is suitable for one person, couples, small families and also for a bigger group of people until 12. Since we intentionally do not have wifi, your kids can play outside in the woods. Numerous walking and hiking points. River Soča is close by with the possibility for adrenaline water sports.
