The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Villa with beach property, private jetty. In the middle of nature

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has everything. Take a hot bath, enjoy moss-green nature trails, walk to the ponds with a dock for a swim. Sit on the balcony and watch the darkness fall over Bergum's valley. If it's a little chilly, you can turn on the infrared heat. If you want to feel the city's pulse, it is close to the bus and about 25 minutes to central Gothenburg. The place has a fully-equipped kitchen, for lazy days there is a pizzeria & grill within a five-minute walk.

Njut av en vistelse när du bor på i en mysig stuga med gångavstånd till Gotaleden, ca 20 min med bil till Göteborg, Alingsås och Landvetter flygplats. Vandra, fiska och natur finns i närheten och det finns tåg och buss till Göteborgs eller Alingsås. Det finns en bäddsoffa (blir 130 cm bred) sovloft lämpligt för barn fr 5 år - vuxen strl s/m (trappstege/flyttbara madrasser),fin uteplats och gratis parkering. (Obs trappor). Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.
