This home has been in the family since it was built and we believe has the best view in Port Grimaud. Not only does it have panoramic views of the marina and hills but facing West, it offers spectacular sunsets. Extremely well located, only 10 minutes from the shops and beach with private parking for one car right outside which is uncommon in the area. St Tropez is a short drive away. There is air conditioning and boat mooring plus a free water taxi. A new bathroom was installed in Oct 2023.
