Il se compose d'une pièce de vie de 30m2 avec cuisine équipée: four, lave-vaisselle, plaques induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur..., canapé convertible, télévision, s'ouvrant sur le balcon. La chambre de 10m2 est meublée d'un lit 160x200, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain, WC séparés.

Our cottage is located in a small hamlet close to L'Aigle, 1 hr 15 min from the Normandy beaches and 1 hr 30 min from Paris. L'Aigle is served by the Paris/Granville train line. Many sites are to be visited nearby.

This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the Perche forest on a beautiful 10,000 m2 plot bordered by trees, can accommodate 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (the passage of roe deer is frequent and the birds are at home), it also offers all the comfort for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family, a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It is composed of an open volume of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.

You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
