It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Authentic Mas carefully restored, with air conditioning installation, benefiting from a green and wooded setting and a beautiful private salt pool of 12 x 3.50 m. Four stars. On the estate is another small house, but which is never inhabited when renting L'Arbousier. Included in the rental price is the consumption of 125 kWh per week. Extra consumption will be charged based on the "EDF&Moi" information at the rate of €0.25 per kWh.
