In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Decorated with care and with a passion for objects, the house is a natural interlude near typical villages with many amenities (bakery-pastry shop, butcher-delicatessen, restaurants, supermarket, etc.), not far from wonderful tourist sites.

Large farmhouse of 145 m², typical of Norman buildings of the 2nd half of the 19th century. Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited plot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its strong character offers a setting and essential comfort to accommodate guests in search of a change of scenery and rest for a few days.
