Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Large studio of 33m² with mountain corner, in the heart of the resort, facing southeast, facing Place des 2 Alpes and Jandri 3S, inaugurated in December 2024 (main ski lift that takes you to the glacier) in the residence le Diamant 1. High floor with balcony. Close to shops, bakery at the foot of the residence. You also have a closed garage, easy access, to protect your vehicle from bad weather (snow, thunderstorms) or mountain bikes for summer.
