Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Our cottage Le p'tit perreux (apartment F1) is located at the top of Lake Saint-Point (1000 m above sea level) in a quiet and soothing village with exceptional views. In summer, many water activities: hiking, mountain biking, tours (Château de Joux, Fort de Saint-Antoine, Hérisson waterfalls, belvederes, springs...) In winter, close to the Jura mountains and Switzerland, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing... Our region is rich in gastronomy (cheeses, cured meats, local appetizers...).

Natural materials such as sheep's wool, lime putty, clay and wood contribute to the cozy, stylish atmosphere. On cold days, the wood-fired hypocaust heating radiates a cozy warmth, and on warm days the large, old linden tree provides cool shade on the courtyard.

In the middle of the orchards you will enjoy an exceptional view and the calm of the countryside while being close to the city, the lake and the mountains. The home was newly equipped in 2020. It has a terrace, a parking space and is fenced around the plot.
