The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Beautiful apartment in a quiet area. Close to the airport.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the ground floor, only one floor to the building. Very quiet and respectful neighborhood. 54 m2 apartment, easy parking. 1 bedroom, 140 double bed. Nice little outdoor area. Quiet, 30 minutes from the sea, 15 minutes from Nantes, 10 minutes from the airport. Close to public transport. A supermarket 1 km from the accommodation. Linens and towels provided. 25 euros more if you don't clean. Enjoy your stay. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. La maison du Chêne est idéale pour une famille avec enfants, elle se compose d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte. Une chambre parentale, et une seconde chambre avec un lit superposé et un lit à barreau. Les chambres sont situés en sousplex et sont très fraiches l'été. La maison est située dans une impasse sans voiture, idéal pour que les enfants jouent dehors. Boulangerie, caviste et restaurant à 200 mètres. Parc de la Sèvre à 500 mètres.
