We welcome you to a separate annex of our home, which has been carefully and completely renovated. The accommodation is located in the Nantes vineyards, 5 minutes from the A83, 20 minutes from Nantes, and 45 minutes from the beaches/Puy du Fou. The house is fully equipped: a beautiful, bright living room with a lounge/kitchen, a real 140x190 sofa bed, and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, designed for your comfort. We look forward to welcoming you!

The busway located less than 4 minutes' walk away will allow you to access the city center in less than 15 minutes (free on weekends). Parking space available in the area. Access to the upper floor is via a Japanese-style staircase. My 2 listings are 50 meters from each other. Parties are FORBIDDEN
