A large shaded patio where it's good to eat and cool off in the small pool. The stone staircase leads you to the equipped kitchen, as well as the living-dining room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The mezzanine has an office. Many GRs cross the village, access to the river (Le Chassezac). 38 km from Pont de l 'Arc, Chauvet cave...

The Jardin des Oliviers, located at the end of the village, with its terraces overlooking the valley, enjoys an exceptional 360° view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from 31 March to 01 November) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

Villa Arborescence Jacuzzi - Heated pool

This villa is the perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of southern Ardèche. In Saint-Alban, the bakery, the convenience store, the farmers' market, the bistro, enliven the life of this village of character. The rivers flow nearby, for all aquatic pleasures; the trails and paths unfold their loops for cycling, walking, horseback riding. The bowels of the earth are spectacular and thousands of years old.

Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, storage space, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and its walk-in shower. All the space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The terrace is oriented East, very pleasant in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal swimming pool.
