Villa Muntanya

Villa Muntanya is located in quiet, residential area on the hillside offering fantastic views of the Pyrenees mountains. The outside area is fully equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers and a large built in BBQ. The private swimming pool is Roman ended and heated (optional) and is 7 meters by 4 meters it has lighting for late evening use. On the terrace close to the pool there is a Shower with solar heated water supply as well as cold mains supply. There is a large one level terrace surrounding the swimming pool and side of the house, and in addition there is a separate lower garden area which is laid to decking . The whole terrace is enclosed with security gates for children's safety. The garden is beautiful with many plants and trees and is relaxing to stroll around. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ANY payments made with CREDIT or DEBIT card which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a charge equal to the processing fee charged by the payment processing entity. (Currently STRIPE, who charge us a 2% processing fee on payments)

Our family villa is located on a dead-end street, a five-minute walk from the sea and the Greco-Roman ruins of Empuries. It is accessed by stairs or alleys. The house has a private pool and a large Mediterranean garden maintained all year round. The neighborhood is set apart from the tourist hustle and bustle, its location is ideal for exploring the surroundings on foot.
