Dúplex minimalista en el centre de CALELLA. Capacitat màxima 2 ADULTS i 2 MENORS de 16 anys. No s'accepten VISITES a causa de l'abús d'hostes anteriors. Jacuzzi CALENT tot l'any. 2 Habitacions: una matrimonial oberta en-suite amb llit de 150x200 cm i una infantil amb lliteres plegables (80x180cm) i bressol. 2 bany complets (dutxa, no banyera). Cuina oberta ben equipada. 2 Terrasses amb vistes a la platja del Port-Bo. Wifi (fibra òptica) i smart TV. Kit nadó disponible de franc (bressol, trona, banyera). El bressol, que no es pot moure, es troba a l'habitació infantil (planta inferior), no a l'habitació de matrimoni (planta superior). Malauradament no s'accepten animals de companyia per tal d'evitar possibles problemes d'al·lèrgies. Accés a l'habitació principal per l'escala interior. No està permès d'organitzar festes ni esdeveniments. Els hostes gaudiran d'una situació privilegiada sense haver de comprar entrada. Tot i que no som responsables de les possibles molèsties ocasionades per l'esdeveniment, oferim un decompte (ja inclòs en el preu final) durant els dies de muntatge, desmuntatge i concert. Si no esteu interessats en el concert o no voleu patir cap possible molèstia, si-us-plau, no sol·liciteu cap reserva entre el 29 de juny i el 8 de juliol. El preu inclou un ús raonable però limitat d'electricitat, gas i aigua. La calefacció central de gas natural es connecta només a l'hivern i l'aire condicionat només a l'estiu, entre el 15 de juny i el 15 de setembre o temperatures superiors a 25°. Entre temporades, quan la temperatura exterior és agradable i fàcilment regulable sense tecnologia (20°-25°) aquests serveis no estaran disponibles. Termostat limitat a 22° tot l'any.
