Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Dijkhuisje where you can swim in the morning, right from your own jetty. With the two single canoes and a Canadian canoe that are supplied with the rental, water fun and discovering nature reserve de Onlanden is also guaranteed. A ladies and men's bike are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car. You are in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The grounds are fenced for the dog.

Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

This detached, single-storey house of 70 m² has three spacious bedrooms, a stylish living room with open kitchen and a pellet stove for extra atmosphere. The spacious bathroom with rain shower provides relaxation. You can enjoy complete privacy in the enclosed garden. Pavilion Pool with lake views is within walking distance. SUPs can be rented and Groningen is 10 km away!

Sleeping in a tiny house avant la lettre. That's possible with us. Our recently renovated cottage offers a separate living and sleeping floor, is basic but still has all the comforts. Located in the old and rural Enumatil, this is the ideal place for a quiet (nature) vacation or mini break. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful cycling routes to be found and forest, heath or Groningen city can be found within a fifteen-minute drive.
